Running Training

Running is my passion. I'm on a journey of trying to qualify for the Boston Marathon.  Throughout this process I've learnt more about everything that is running, and now I'm excited to offer all things things I've learnt to others to help them achieve their running goals.

Running Services

  • Strength and Mobility Training: Sessions designed to improve the strength and flexibility of muscles and joints related to running, as to prevent injuries and improve performance.

  • Running Programs: Specific running programs tailored to the runners goals and needs.

  • Monitored interval training sessions: Coaching at the track or park with intervals, drills and strides.
