Individual Training

1 hour of individual training at a location of your choice*
Pair Training

1 hour of training for you and a friend at a location of your choice*
Off-Peak Special

1 hour of personal training between 10am-2pm weekdays at a location of your choice*
* Travel within 15 minutes of the Auckland CBD is included at no extra charge. Online training available or contact me for additional distance travel rates.

All new clients will receive an initial consultation and food diary analysis during their first two sessions.​
