Running Programs: Specific programs tailored to your running goals and needs. I can create a 12 week running program for 5km, 10km 21.1km and marathons
Running Services
Running is my passion. To date I've completed 11 marathons and countless half marathon and 10km races. I'm currently working towards qualifying for the Boston Marathon.. I have a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Auckland and have furthered my knowledge in running technique and theories. I am excited to provide this knowledge to others along with practical guidance to help you achieve your running goals
