Mobile Fitness offers qualified personal training at your home, office or local park. Individual or small group training for all fitness levels. ​


Free travel 15 minutes driving time from the CBD, specializing in Central/West Auckland. I'm based in Avondale. 

Off peak Personal Training between 10am-2pm is only $60!


Highly qualified with 20 years experience and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at University of Auckland. 

I specialise in running strength training and programs.
